Processes | maturation

It is labeled the continuing maturation when the product passes through a metal detector and its put on special design boxes which can handle low temperatures, they are stored in refrigeration at least 14 days to reach an optimum maturation, which in later days passing through distribution and exhibition will reach approximately to 21 days. This is the ideal period recommended for consumption.
